WIGHTGoLD reserve to the right to refuse, decline or rescind orders where credit card payments cannot be processed, the product required is unavailable or for any other reason within or without the control of the company. If an order is refused, the company will notify the customer and refund payment, if any, as soon as practicable.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse though our online jewellery store, add your selection to the basket then either continue shopping or checkout. You will then be redirected to PayPal's secure server to take your payment.
Postage Package and Insurance
Shipping costs for goods are as follows:
First Class £1.50 (not insured)
Recorded £2.50 (insured up to £30)
Special Delivery Next Day £5.50 (insured up to the full value of the order)
We do not ship outside of the UK.
All items will be dispatched within 14 days of receipt of your order or you will be contacted within this period to advise you of any further delays.
Returns
Refunds will only be given when required to do so by law.
Proof of purchase is required for an exchange or refund.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your goods are of the highest quality, in the event of there being any defect at all, please return the item to the above address, and we shall replace the defective items or refund the purchase price in full.
